Gloria Nelson Cultural Arts Center

The “Heaton Building” was once 3 buildings built in the early 1900s. Today the former multi-use buildings have been joined together and restored to continue to serve as a multi-use space housing several offices and businesses as well as a gallery and small venue space serving as a community gathering space.
Located in the downtown “banana alley” of Norton, Kansas, the gallery named the Gloria Nelson Cultural Arts Center is located on the main level of the historic Heaton building. Here the arts council and community members host unique art and cultural events. Join the artists, writers, and historians who enrich and preserve art and culture in Norton county.
